84% of Apple sales come from highly developed countries, where political situation is stable and there for governmental policies and changes in government don't effect much the company. Although US and other leading countries of the world showed improvement after financial crisis, there still is uncertainty among customers, that makes them avoid buying luxury goods like computers. Technology is developing too rapidly, in order to keep pace with competitors every company in PC and entertainment industry should introduce some innovations almost daily. In terms of environmental protection law issues Apple has positioned itself better than its competitors.
