The website of the company L'Occitane offers extensive information and allows us to go through the products offered with two tabs: "Categories" and "by ingredients". Each of these tabs are futher broken down into body parts (eg. face) that specializes in the area, the skin type (examples: anti-aging, normal skin), by product types (eg. toners, targeted treatments), while under the tab "Categories", there are sub-sections containing the names of the main ingredients (examples: Immortal, Shea Butter, Almond etc).

It is possible to refine their search by clicking on the type of product (eg, shine). In addition, this site allows us, from the opening of the page to register for the "newsletter". L'Occitane aims to weave a relationship with the client, and we also feel the way they present the star products on their homepage. With the phrase "immortal flower of youth for your face," L'Occitane speaks directly to us with the word "your", they could have used the phrase "immortal flower of youth", but the use of the word shows a relationship between the client and L'Occitane.
