This report will deal with the financial analysis of two main competitors of the car market. Ford and BMW (Bayerish Motoren Werke AG) are effectively the two most important car manufacturers in the world. Even if they are competing on the same market, we can't conclude that these two manufacturers are in direct competition. In fact, the two firms do not target the same consumer. Ford is a popular brand contrary to BMW which produces more exclusive cars of higher quality. BMW sells expensive cars contrary to Ford which has always produced low price cars. In this context we may remember the fact that Ford was the first car manufacturer to adopt mass production for the Ford "T" in 1913. This production process was a great invention as it changed industries all over the world. Ford is present word-wide and is one of the most famous global brands. It boasts of a very huge range of products because it offers adapted products to the different markets.
