Metaphysics of Morals Part 1: Doctrine of Right by Immanuel Kant
In this work, Kant's objective is to define the concept of the law. It begins with a general introduction to the Metaphysics of Morals which addresses both the Doctrine of Law and the Doctrine of Virtue. In this paper we have explore his concepts that are set down in the 'Doctrine of Rights. We also try to understand if he is, indeed, a philosopher of human rights.
In order to be clear, we have divided this paper into two parts. We propose to make a critical analysis of the theory of the ?Doctrines of Right?
Kant distinguishes between moral laws and legal acts, the first refers to the character while the second is concerned with the legality of actions.
