One of the top internal stakeholders within a hospital would have to be the actual doctors that run the day to day life of the patients. They make the ultimate decisions in split seconds that can save or lose the life of a patient. Doctors do make a lot of money but they can also be careless if it means more efficiency in the workplace. Doctors have a definite stake in the hospital as it's their livelihood. They also have friends there that they have grown bonds with. These doctors probably don't usually directly interact with the president of the hospital, but their actions are a big part of what Dr. DoRight does.

They give the direct order to nurses when trying to save a life and when they are wrong, deaths can occur. Dr. DoRight has to take a close look at the doctors the hospital hires and make sure they're staying within the hospitals regulations. Of course it's also Dr. DoRight's responsibility to keep the hospital profitable.

[...] Ultimately patients are the loser in all these situations and this conflict of interest would need to be addressed by Dr. DoRight before anything got changed. He would have to separate the ability for the workers to have divided interests between money and patient care, and make sure their salary is not tied to how long or how many tests they run on the patients.
