?A strategy is important, but the process of developing a strategy is even more important? (Turban p. 583). The state of New Hampshire licensed German Day Care Center ?The Tigerenten? provides a unique learning environment to children between the age of one and five during the morning and five to ten years of age during an after school program. Our Daycare also offers an early drop off service and a late pick up service. We work on preparing our children to have a cultural advantage on their peers through teaching them early on the basics of the German language and German culture, all while providing a safe environment during the time they are with us.

[...] Location: Tigerenten? German Day Care Center will be operated out of a single location first. This location will be in the Greater Nashua area. Market Needs: The need for a German Day Care Center and the increased need for quality child care in general are demonstrated by an increase of families where both parents work and large (and growing) investments between the two nations necessitating more bilingual German - English speakers. With the fastest growing population of the New England area, New Hampshire has a definite need for child care Market Plan E-Advertisement: We will ask the German school of Manchester and the German International school of Boston to do a banner swap on our homepages. [...]

[...] One to two other German day care centers depending on the successful operation of the first center are planned in the New England area in the next four years. Business Case: The Company will generate revenue by charging the families we provide services to, through child related banners on our homepage, and cooperative fundraising with the families to enrich the German cultural experience all while reducing the overall costs to our clients. Once running the Day Care Center will be a B2C and B2B case. [...]

[...] We are a move-to-the-net business (Turban p.592) which will expand its services beyond just normal child care in a day care center Operations Plan Location: Find the right location in the Grater Nashua area, ideally a small property with ample space outside in a safe area. Equipment: Including, but not limited to toys, German preschool education material, furniture, office supplies, and a van for transportation if necessary. Our Supply chain will include numbers of websites for ordering products relevant to the successful running of our Day Care Center. [...]
