Training and development play an important role in the effectiveness of organization. The objective of the training is often to develop knowledge, skills and attitude for effective performance of the work. The training has various shape, it could be training when you arrive in the company, but also trainings throughout the life professional to adapt itself to the environment changing (new technologies?). The role of training and development is to increase in efficiency, reduced supervision and increased organizational viability. The human resources have to determine the needs for training according to the needs for the company.
