Emotional Intelligence is the rhythm of the lives of many individuals, from seven to seventy-seven years. It pays more attention to the role of emotions in the daily lives, at school or work. The phenomenon of globalization entails greater flexibility for companies on the part of leaders. Managers must constantly develop new ways to manage to adapt to this changing world. Such changes require knowing how to live up at all costs, and human beings must learn to control themselves emotionally.

Emotional intelligence includes the emotional control and this is in fact one of the skills. The best leaders are also very much aware of the challenges posed as emotional intelligence in a professional setting. How can it improve the effectiveness of both relational and managerial skills? Managers will gain by developing skills of emotional intelligence. Why does emotional intelligence awaken one's curiosity? How does it represent an alternative to the omnipotence of IQ? Why is it important to control one's emotions?

Intelligence is the first component of emotional intelligence. This term refers here to rationality, as opposed to the term "emotion". However, if the term is rational, the set is not what is easier because many theorists have attacked them and there are almost as many theories as theorists.

Indeed, the intelligence of men is the subject of much debate regarding its origin, how it is measured and how it grows. Intelligence has become a benchmark within the company. Several trends are still coming back more than others. There are proponents of innate intelligence in opposition to those who take it for granted.Those for whom intelligence is one and those for whom it is multiple.

A general definition is that it is a simple and objective intelligence that does not take into account the different trends that debate gives us: intelligence is the ability to manage, use, prioritize a set of complex data. This is a set of mental functions mobilized to capture data, analyze it and understand it in order to solve a particular problem.

Emotional Intelligence is defined as a form of intelligence that involves the ability to control the feelings and emotions and those of others, to distinguish them and use this information to guide ones thoughts and actions. The ability to perceive and express emotions and integrate them to facilitate thought, understand and reason with emotion, and regulate emotions in oneself and in others.

Intelligence describes the aggregation of skills, abilities and skills which is a collection of knowledge used to cope with life effectively. The emotional adjective is used to emphasize that this specific type of intelligence is different from cognitive intelligence.

Some definitions focus more on the concepts of emotion and intelligence, while others include in particular the concepts of motivation, persistence, or "enlightened conscience."

This discovery is of great interest to companies and their leaders. Some empirical studies have amply demonstrated the existence of strong links between emotional intelligence of leaders,the working atmosphere and the collective results of a team. All the elements affected by the emotional skills of leadership and the emotional climate that results, directly influences the results of a group. The concept of emotional intelligence alone encompasses colossal challenges, whether in the daily management or human resources.
