We have decided, (along with my colleagues) to establish a new subsidiary in Vietnam. After studying this market, we have discovered potential opportunities, which will enable us to develop our new fast food outlet. Firstly, Vietnam is a developing country and is on par with the other developing Asian countries. In order to meet the best opportunities and to create high demand, we have chosen to set up a fast food outlet of KFC in Saigon.
