Basic rights in Europe: The particular and general principles
None of the original treaties provide specific provisions for the protection of DLF. The onus is on the judge to ensure that a system of fundamental rights is protected. The editors believe that the protection of human rights depends on technical organizations that comprise mainly traders. Therefore, these economic reports are a way to escape the logic of the protection of DF. It will soon be considered an error of appreciation because the reports do not escape the economic and technical issues relating to the protection of DL and all the member states recognize the right of ownership in some form or the other. Some of it may be a part of trade and industry or a principle of non-discrimination between male and female employees.
