  1. America has already gone successfully through such decisive moments
  2. The American dream still strong
  3. America as a beacon of hope

Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness'. These unalienable rights were granted by the Founding Fathers to all humans, America and the Americans have always seemed to epitomize at best these values. At the heart of the American dream has ever, from the very beginning of its history to even the darkest times of the twentieth century, lain the belief in these ideas. This optimistic way of seeing the world, of being convinced that everyone, thanks to his will, faith and hard work, can achieve his full potential and give his children the opportunity to have a better life than the previous generation, is an essential part of American psychology.
