The Internet is an essential means of communication and is often responsible the speed with which information travels.

One example of this was seen when an American couple visited the White House uninvited during a dinner with important personalities. This made a lot of people question effectiveness of the security system of the White House. The Internet allows some people to openly air their views. Civil society and politicians often use the Internet for this purpose. In this paper we try to see if the Internet in any way can be a danger to Democracy.

From my perspective, it does not represent a threat to democracy.
First, because it allows free expression and second because it is subject to certain rules and regulations.
