Running is always a problem to me. I hate being sweaty and prefer leisure walks and cruiser rides. As I try to run, I am optimistic, but as fatigue catches up with me, I can barely think. During my leisurely running, I noticed that I that my quest for self-belief is affected every time I get sweaty. My daily running, especially when it borders fast is sure that I will not think. Nothing is however creative again when I remain motionless. I have an anxious feeling of personal success and my creativity gets better when I am comfortable.

Media deprivation

How can I stay out of the media? It must be working given my level of scepticism at first. When I started media strike, I naturally slid back into attempting to get involved in the media discussions. I chose to focus on a new thing and instead channel my media time into the exercise. I measured the time I spent on the media by telling someone to estimate without my knowledge the time in the media. Though half of the time spent in the media is lost, I have successfully allowed myself to engage in strengthening my concentration of less interactive adventures, reading a book.
