  1. Parents should go and see teachers individually on a regular basis, from the beginning of school year
  2. Punishment at school is usually accepted by a student when he recognizes the fact that he deserves it
  3. Teachers should also contact parents when they have noticed a student's misbehavior but they should talk to him first

Today more than ever, the children need adults'help and advice. Whether it is at home or at school they can find people who will listen to them. The larger the number of people contributing to a child's well-being, the fewer problems he is likely to have. Parents and teachers must unite and help children. But the question is how it can work well ?
