It's a part of every society that's ever risen to power since its inception, and is so deeply ingrained with the way of doing things, it's almost difficult to imagine a functional community that hasn't incorporated it at one point or another. It has plenty of names that have followed it throughout the generations, and in ours, its known quite simply as the sales pitch. A balancing act of both persuasion and permission, this practice utilizes the tools of ethos, pathos, and logos to help keep everyone involved, interested, entertained, and open to any ideas being slung their way. As long as these tactics of rhetoric are used effectively, it's said that any idea can be sold to the right buyer, but what does it take to make sure all these elements blend smooth, and ensure that both parties always come out happy on the other end?
