Smoking is one of the most lethal forms of drug and substance abuse amongst people. People can be involved in the smoking of bhang, cigarettes, cocaine and other strong drugs that have very adverse and harmful effects to the health of the abusers. Drug and substance abuse has very many harmful effects on the body. For instance, smoking may result in chronic illnesses of the lungs, mouth cancer and other heart related diseases. As such, it is crucial and necessary for the abusers to adopt best living practices to avoid the abuse of drugs that can lead to sudden death.
