[...] In the interim period not exceeding two years, the XXX shall focus its activities at meeting death and wedding needs of its members; b. The XXX shall in the event of bereavement: 1. Put up a visitation schedule in conjunction with the deaconry and the Elders' Council; 2. Shall support to ease the burden of bereavement for members and the immediate family members with a sum as follows: i. Principal member or spouse KSH 100,000 (one hundred thousand) shillings ii. Parent or parent in-law KSh60,000 (sixty thousand) shillings iii. Dependant child below 27 years KSh80,000 (eighty thousand) shillings c. [...]

[...] If no quorum is obtained, the proposal to dissolve the group shall be submitted to a further meeting which shall be held one month later. Notice of this meeting shall be given to all members of XXX at least 14 (Fourteen) days before the date of the meeting. The quorum for this second meeting shall be two thirds of the number of members present. Upon dissolution of the XXX all assets of the welfare shall be surrendered to the Church. [...]

The member is deemed to be a bonafide member through an initial subscription of KSh. 4,000/= (four thousand) shillings per family which is payable once upon registration. The four thousand shillings, initial subscription shall form the fund base for the Welfare; d. After the grace period of three months, members will initially contribute KSh200 (two hundred) shillings every month with effect from October 2022; e.
