The gangster drifts in Colombia fall under a vast geopolitical context, mixing actively in the political, ideological, geographical, and economic and social struggles. One can thus wonder how a country in the past, colonized by Spain is still found in 21st century and taken by various groups with apparently opposite ideological motivations, but with relatively similar methods. Who are these groups and what are their origins? In which political context do they fit in? And what are the reactions of the elected Colombian government to dam up the action of these groups? Is it an absolute probity in the current Colombian political establishment vis-a-vis these dissenting groups? We will answer these questions and present the origins of the evil, the panorama of the forces in presence with their evolutions and their methodology, and then in the final part, the Colombian governmental reactions and international phenomena will be studied.

Following the establishment of "National Front", part of the population is still not recognized in the governance of Colombia that seems remote from the interests of "the people", not taking into consideration the existing inequalities of wealth on territory. Indeed, the majority of land remains concentrated among large landowners. These liberal groups of "communists" obedience will then be grouped in small isolated rural areas to form themselves into groups of resistance with respect to established power. However, these groups are poorly structured, and are of limited number. The powers do not consider it as a dissident force capable of destabilizing the political balance.

These groups have been realized through the combination of several factors:
1) Independence Cuba in 1959 and charismatic figure of Fidel Castro and Che Guevara
2) Ramp-up of the USSR
3) High concentration of wealth in the country by a very small portion of the population
4) Revolt of the farmer groups
5) Weakness of the state structure
6) The phenomenon of "bourgeoisization" the Liberal party away from the aspirations of the underprivileged
7) "Violencia" context

The FARC-EP ("Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia - Ejercito del Pueblo"), Marxist-Leninist movement was created in 1964 by Manuel Marulanda, (nicknamed Tirofijo: Who gets the miles) and Raul Reyes. This organization was in the right line of the first movements of peasant uprisings in Colombia. The FARC-EP when ties with the USSR support their ideological struggle of popular revolution. Thus, Raul Reyes was formed in the early years of the struggle of the FARC in the GDR under control of the USSR.

Their "ideological line"

1) The fight against the Colombian government that the FARC consider corrupt and does not concern the problems of the poorest classes
2) The struggle against North American intervention in political affairs in South America
3) The struggle against "foreign multinational capitalists"
4) Fight against privatization of natural resources in Colombia.
Their desire has always been the "seizure of power by force," although they suggest the possibility of negotiating a lasting peace under conditions of release of all imprisoned FARC and extradited, and the creation of a demilitarized zone guarantees their autonomy.
