Organizations need to keep their working premises clean through proper arrangement of the organization document. Some of these documents are vital for future reference; therefore, organizations need to develop various structures that would help them to keep their documents. One of the structures that help in achieving cleanliness in an organization is the executive desk, which compost of various drawers that an organization can use in keeping their back-up files (Fuller, 2011). In addition, these drawer cabinets are locked through the lockers they are made for, providing save storage of documents that are kept in them Moreover, an executive desk have a top and a space where secretaries can sit and be able to record and update their documents. The top can also act as a good surface for positioning office computers that provide further storage spaces for the office documents. The duration for developing the proposed executive desk will take 5 months with effect from 1st December 2012 to 1st May 2013, which follows the below timeline.
For the project to be completed in time, all the materials that are required should be delivered in time in order to avoid delay that may be caused during project development. For instance, in order to come up with the proposed executive desks, various materials are needed such as pieces of wood, nails, hammer, chipboard, and glue among other materials. Therefore, after having a proper plan for the development of the proposed executive desk, these material needs to delivered on time to their respective recipients (Smith, 2002). Moreover, funds that are located for the project to be accomplished should be given to the contractors in time for the process of developing the proposed executive desk to run as stipulated. The below illustration give the allocation of some of the materials that are to be used during the development.
