Organization Development is a process of planed change that aims at enhancing the congruence between the organization, its structure, strategy people & culture. It also helps to develop creative solutions & self renewing capacity. Organization Development is a long term effort and is led and supported by the top management of the company. The are various concepts that are present under this category and some of those will be mentioned in this presentation. The presentation will also look into the nature of organizational development.
