The Jury of executive opinion:- involves a poll of executive opinion. With this method the collective views of top company executive are pooled to develop the sales forecast. A jury may consist of the company president and several executives from different areas.
Sales force composite:
In this approach to forecasting combines each sales persons estimate of future sales in his or her territory into a total company sales forecast. The total forecast is then analyzed, adjusted and compared with forecasts from other source.
