Creating talents is a challenge, retaining them is a greater one. Red Consulting wants us to create their new graduate program, which takes place in Paris for two years. The aim is to train consultants for this firm, which will hopefully later be hired by the company. It is aligned with the supposed company objective of growth with the best talents.
A graduate program is all about growing: developing general useful skills, but also competencies specific to the company. This program has been created to enhance personal and professional skills. We believe that team learning is also at the heart of the training successes, because the share of knowledge creates both team spirit and acceleration of the potential results of the company.
